Steps to Organise a Pathfinder Club

1. Counsel with the LOCAL CONFERENCE YOUTH DEPARTMENT

3. Meet with your PASTOR and CONFERENCE YOUTH DIRECTOR’S PERSONEL

5. Present your plan to the CHURCH BOARD 
6. 
   
7. INFORM the congregation during the DIVINE SERVICE 
8. 
   
9. Call a SPECIAL MEETING (anyone interested)
10. 
    
11. Teach the BASICs OF PATHFINDERING 
12. 
    
13. Board elects a DIRECTOR and DEPUTY DIRECTOR 
14. 
    
15. Choose COUNSELLORS and INSTRUCTORS 
16. 
    
17. Plan a YEARLY PROGRAM 
18. 
    
19. Build the program 6 WEEKS in advance!

21. Send out letters to families 4 WEEKS before enrolement

23. ADVERTISE your program!

25. TRAIN and UNIFORM staff before enrollment night.
26. Staff attend Basic Staff Training, KCFS Training, are CRB checked
    
27. ENROLLMENT night
