Certificate of Registration

Club Audit/Registration Form

Every Pathfinder and Adventurer club must have a Certificate of Registration.

Clubs which do not have a certificate will not be recognised by the South England Conference and will not be allowed to attend Conference sponsored events.

The Certificate of Registration is designed to ensure that all Clubs meet minimum requirements to function safely.

Requirements:

* Club Audit - Registration Form

* Copy of Club Budget approved by Church Board.

* Calendar of Events

* CRB/DBS for ALL staff

* Name of Supporting Elder

* Certificate of Insurance ( Copy)

These Requirements are to be submitted to the Pathfinder Office at SEC HQ.

Upon receipt of these requirements a Certificate of Registration will be issued and is valid for 1 year.
